Another country show I went to this summer was the
Chilsworthy and Latchley show in Cornwall.
It is a medium show perfect for the family and well supported by locals.
I went with my friend Alison. It was a beautiful day but really hot.
I packed a picnic and we sat eating while watching the ponies.
We had such a laugh playing skittles and archery which I was useless at.
Forgive the selfie, we had trouble because we were laughing so much.
There were some beautiful ponies and very smart children riding them.
This little pony was being walked round.
Lots of talented people.
The ice cream van did a roaring trade.
There were lots of vintage cars, bikes and tractors.
And side stalls and a dog show.
This show is one to visit if you are in the area.
I will be putting it on my calendar for next year.
I love these kind of days too, it looks like you were having fun. I dont think I would have been able to resist buying on of those fabulous baskets. x
