HOMEMADE KNITTED CHRISTMAS TREES
I have been doing a lot of crafting lately.
I bought some ribbon to put around my Christmas presents and what I had left was four
wooden spools.
They were too good to put in the bin. So I decided to use them to make.......
Christmas Trees.
I used my glue gun and decorated the bases.
I used large buttons to make the tree trunk.
I knitted a basic Christmas tree shape in two halves. Sewed them togeather then stuffed.
Then had lots of fun decorating them.
Then I glued the trees to the bases.
This one I did for my kitchen.
And I gave one to my daughter (Forgot to take pic)
Each one is different.
Mine is on my windowsill in the kitchen.

Looking at your little trees makes me so happy Rosezeeta. You have a very sweet imagination to be able to think of such a thing. As for me, I'm a pattern follower and would have never been able to think of something as cute is this on my own! Thank you for sharing them with us.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
Hi Betsy I am sure you could think of things like this.....I can follow patterns but most of the time I just make my own ones up. But I must start to write these down in case later on I would like to make again.
