MORE VINTAGE TREASURES

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL. HOPE YOU HAD A GOOD ONE.
WE JUST WATCHED T.V. IN FRONT OF THE FIRE AND I HAD A BAILEYS, BUT ONLY ONE.
I ALSO STARTED PAINTING MY NEW DOLLS  HOUSE AND DID A BIT OF CRAFTING. THESE I WILL SHOW YOU IN LATER POSTS.
TODAY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TIDY UP. BUT HAVE GOT NOWHERE. ALL I HAVE DONE IS MOVE ONE PILE OF XMAS PRESENTS ETC TO ANOTHER PART OF THE HOUSE.
I DON'T THINK I WILL BE STRAIGHT UNTIL I TAKE ALL THE CHRISTMAS DECS DOWN.
AND EATEN ALL THE SWEETS.WE ARE NOW GETTING DOWN TO THE HARD ONES NOBODY LIKES........

Anyway If you read my blog you will know I love Vintage china. But as time goes on it is getting harder to pick up pretty sets for a reasonable price.

But this must of been my lucky day (picked up before Xmas).

Cups, saucers, side plates, milk and sugar bowl all for £6.50

I think they are so pretty. What do you think. Do you love Vintage Floral china?

                                                   Love to hear.

  2. What a sweet vintage find the pretty china was for you, and a bargain price too! I love vintage florals in china and fabrics, and have done since childhood when I was given my very own tiny cup and saucer (obviously a demi-tasse) in a pretty rosebud pattern. My obsession began that day, I think.
Happy New Year Rosezeeta. May it bring you all you wish for.

  3. Lovely tea set Rosezeeta. We had a similar one when I was little. I love the vintage china but don't have space to collect it with my Emma Bridgewater and Burleigh obsession!
